Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted outside this window may not be accepted.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, and damage.
- For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate pieces may be marked as final sale unless they arrive faulty.
- Sale items, promotional markdowns, and custom or altered pieces are final sale unless the item is defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email brandoakas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.
- Package the item securely and return it within the time frame provided by customer care.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
- If a return does not meet our eligibility requirements, it may be sent back to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund where applicable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritise a resolution as quickly as possible.
